I am so glad that the election is over.  Regardless of what party I associate myself with, I get so sick and tired of the horrible ads that clutter the TV airwaves from both sides.  It’s just awful.  I can’t believe that people lower themselves to the level of complete character bashing.  Just tell us what you stand for want what you plan to do, not pummel your opponent.

It’s almost as bad as the cheesy toy commercials that are going to start anytime now becasuse of Christmas.  It makes me want to toss the TV out the back door like my aunt did (many years ago and for good reason).  Then I wound’t have to continue filling my brain with mindless junk.  Oh how I would miss my reality TV though.
