Ten things I had time to do, but couldn’t because the electricity was out: (in no particular order)

1.    Laundry.

2.    Vacuuming.

3.    Catch up on shows you have missed and recorded.

4.    Blog.

5.    Listen to the radio.

6.    Cook an extravagant dinner for my husband that doesn’t include the normal box mac & cheese, hot dogs, or hamburgers. (I kid. I cook better than that…most of the time.)

7.    Shred paper.

8.    Update Quicken.

9.    Wash the car. (Could do that if I could get the garage door open.)

10.    Practice new hairstyles with the flat iron and curling iron.
